Refunds and Returns
All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee. As long as the item you are returning is in the same condition as it was when sold, Chicago Wheel will accept the return and refund your money no questions asked! You will be responsible for any shipping charges in the event you decide to return an item. If a wrong item was shipped to you by us at Chicago Wheel, we will be responsible for paying any and all shipping costs.
Please contact us at 847-228-0801 or email email@example.com to cancel an order placed. Orders must be canceled prior to being shipped. if the item is already shipped, customers will be responsible for return shipping cost.
All items purchased from Chicago Wheel will be Delivered by a Chicago Wheel driver, a courier service, or FedEx Ground. A physical address is required for all shipments. Chicago Wheel Service does not and will not ship to a P.O Box or an APO. Items typically ship within 1-2 business days after the purchase has been completed.
All customers forfeit their right to return wheels once they have been mounted. Make sure to inspect items thoroughly before installation.
Wheel Repair & Refinishing
Chicago Wheel Service strives to offer the highest quality products and services to our customers. Our goal is to restore customers’ wheels as close as possible to their original condition. However, in certain situations refinishing and repair issues may arise, over which Chicago Wheel has no control.
Chicago Wheel is not responsible for any fitment issues after the purchase of our products. If you are unsure about whether an item will fit, please contact us at 847-228-0801 to speak to any of our trained wheel and tire experts. They will try to assist you as best as possible.
